  • 2014/30/EU New EMC Directive becomes effective as of April 18, 2014
  • EMC Directive 2004/108/EC will be repealed by April 20, 2016
  • Transitional period for new directive 2014/30/EU is April 20, 2016
  • All directive certificates corresponding to 2008/108/EC are valid until the transitional period of April 20, 2016

  • According to new directive (Annex III), based on internal production control method, consistent with the EU type-examination to proceed with conformity assessment procedures
